The location was great for travel and work it made getting around very easy
The bed was not comfortable I could not sleep well there were no egg cups in the kitchen I had a difficult time closing the curtains completely

Excellent stay near Piccadilly

The location was excellent, literally steps from piccadilly station. the apartment itself was spacious and clean. i was particularly grateful for the luggage storage (a paid locker system) on the fifth floor. It allowed me to explore before my late train.
I noticed a loose tile in the bathroom. It wasn't a major issue, but it did detract slightly from the overall impression.

the apartment had a full kitchen, including a fridge with a freezer compartment. a nespresso machine with pods was available. there were also basic supplies like tea, sugar, and milk.

the staff were helpful and friendly. they facilitated access to the luggage storage on floor five after i checked out. the process to get a card for accessing floor 5 was straightforward.

i found the apartments compact and clean. everything i needed was there. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful whenever i asked them something. the free city bus stops right outside, which i found convenient for exploring.
the sofa in the living area wasn't very comfortable, it felt a little small for four people.

The staff provided quick responses to my queries via whatsapp. I found this efficient. staff members were pleasant and friendly. they helped me resolve a minor issue very fast, so i was happy.

the apartment had a dishwasher and a washing machine. the kitchen also included a kettle and a nespresso machine with pods. the tv had satellite channels, so i could watch a variety of programs, and i could even cast content.

i saw greggs and subway next door, they are suitable for quick bites. the apartment included tea, sugar, and milk sachets. there was also salt, pepper sachets, washing up liquid, and a scrub sponge.
